Perhaps one of you have roots from a different country.  Perhaps you have holidayed in and have fond memories of a country other than the UK - perhaps you even met there!  There are some truly beautiful traditions, cultures, cuisines, music and traditions offered by different places in the world.  You could include touches in YBD of these - or have your whole wedding themed on that culture.
